Landscape Photography: Spring Daffodils

The other day, Josh was a startled by a sound coming from outside. I thought he was hearing things – most likely the stove whistling a bit – but Josh waved me over near the kitchen window and there it was, the unmistakable sound of birds chirping. It was then that I realized Spring was around the corner. In fact, it was arriving this very weekend! To celebrate the official first day, we headed up to La Conner to check out the daffodil fields. As you may or may not know, I LOVE DAFFODILS. They are just the best thing ever. Evidence (with a few cherry blossoms thrown in) below.
